Hofbäckerei in Hannover

For me it is the best bakery far and wide, they still have a real old oven and the baked goods taste real, as they used to. Simply delicious. I can't imagine them using baking mixes there. Everything is original and homemade. In the small inner courtyard in front of it you can linger and have a coffee. Very friendly staff and very good service.

Hanover has an incredible number of great bakeries. The Hofbäckerei is definitely one of the best of its kind. Whether bread, rolls, cakes or other delicacies such as the vanilla sticks - everything tastes good here and you can tell that the goods are freshly made every day.

He's still a real old-fashioned baker, I definitely celebrate - the line is always relatively long (I personally don't think that's bad) and you greet each other properly. The rolls are perfectly fine and are also bigger than other bakeries nearby.

Cakes, croissants and the like are great! We didn't like the normal rolls that much, unfortunately not as crispy as expected!

The Hofbäcker is an institution in Hanover. The bakery right in the shop and you can feel and taste the great craft. The cake is really great too! The service is courteous and very nice!
